Performance Objectives

Collaborate with design architects to deliver detailed plans and elevations that meet both aesthetic and regulatory standards within project timelines.

Develop and refine construction drawings and technical documentation to ensure seamless integration from blueprint to build.

Utilize advanced software tools to create 3D models and simulations that support innovative, cost-effective building solutions with a focus on sustainability.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align architectural designs with project goals and client expectations.

Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with approved designs and building codes.

Research and propose new materials and methods to enhance energy efficiency and structural integrity in our homes.

Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations to communicate design concepts and construction solutions to stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications
