** Purpose of the Role
** To coordinate the delivery of engineering design information across multiple projects, ensuring designs are fully integrated, issued on programme and aligned with project requirements.  
** Key Responsibilities
*** Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities.
* Manage design programmes and deliverables.
* Chair design coordination meetings.
* Maintain design trackers and document control.
* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
* Ensure design reviews are completed on time.
* Coordinate responses to technical queries.
* Manage design changes and revisions.
* Support project planning and procurement activities.
* Ensure compliance with company design management procedures.
* Assist in resolving design clashes and constructability issues.
* Support project handover and as-built documentation.  
** Experience
* ** Engineering or construction background.
* Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
* Experience with Gas industry standards and GDN specifications
* Knowledge of IGEM standards
* Knowledge of G17 and or G35 specifications
* Knowledge of BIM and common data environments.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Understanding of project lifecycle and design management.
