We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated GP to join our hardworking multidisciplinary team, working 4 to 10 sessions per week.

Your working days will be Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays. Please note that Friday cover is essential and non-negotiable.

Salary is 10.5K to 11.5K per session per year, depending on experience.

We are a training Practice supporting GP Registrars, 4th year Medical Students and Pre Reg Pharmacists. We are accepting new ways of working to address clinical and workforce issues facing Primary Care. Our CQC rating is good.

The GP will undertake a variety of duties governed by the GMS contract and objectives of enhanced services including:

• In person consultations
• Telephone consultations
• Visiting patients at home and in care homes
• Checking and signing prescriptions
• Covering duty clinic on a shared rotation
• Dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence as required
• Clinical administration

We are a large practice located in Warrington serving a population of around 12523 patients. The practice has a friendly, supportive team who work closely. This consists of 5 GP partners, 2 salaried GPs, 2 advanced nurse practitioners, 3 practice nurses, 2 pharmacy technicians, 2 healthcare assistants, 3 Managers and a team of 10 Administrators.

We are part of an active PCN and have good working relationships while sharing good practice with one another.

In accordance with the practice timetable, the successful candidate will undertake a variety of duties, including surgery face to face consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at homeand in care homes, checking and signing prescriptions and dealing with medication queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion. Actioning a share ofblood results and incoming clinical documents electronically. Referring patients for specialist input. Recording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes toagreed standards including coding for QOF.
