• Has solid, hands‑on experience working with SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, etc.)
• Builds strong, supportive relationships with students
• Delivers confident 1:1 support and small‑group interventions
• Brings patience, resilience and a positive approach
• Is adaptable, reliable and able to start ASAP
