Teaching Assistant

Reeson Education is looking for a committed and passionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive SEN school. This role is full‑time, long‑term, and set to start ASAP.

• Support pupils with SEND in class, in groups, and 1:1.
• Help children regulate emotions, manage behaviours, and build confidence.
• Support learning across the curriculum and implement differentiated strategies.
• Liaise with teaching staff and therapists to follow care and learning plans.
• Encourage independence and celebrate every small win.

• Be reliable, proactive, and patient.
• Have experience supporting children with SEND, including ASD, SEMH, ADHD.
• Be enthusiastic and consistent in providing calm and positive support.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain it).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong commitment to the role of a Teaching Assistant.

• Excellent hourly pay (paid weekly).
