Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Caretaker to work within the Estates Department, which is responsible for the day‑to‑day smooth running of the College. The team is a dedicated customer‑focused group at the hub of College life, providing services such as security, operating intruder and fire alarms, administering first aid, and setting out conference rooms. This varied and challenging role requires commitment, excellent customer‑care skills, the ability to communicate at all levels, and a ‘can do’ mentality.
The successful applicant must be a team player and willing to learn new skills.
- Support the day‑to‑day operation of the College.
- Provide security services and operate intruder and fire alarms.
- Administer first aid as required.
- Set up and maintain conference rooms.
The position is based at our Warrington site. The shift pattern averages 37 hours over 3 weeks: one week of mornings followed by two weeks of afternoons/evenings.
Requirements- Full driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS check / Children’s barred list check.
