An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join friendly and supportive Primary and Secondary schools across the Warrington area.

In this role, you will support pupils who need additional help with their learning, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are looking for patient, enthusiastic, and compassionate individuals with the ability to adapt to different age groups and learning styles. This is a fantastic chance to build valuable classroom experience in welcoming school environments — with flexible work that fits around your schedule.

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups within Primary and Secondary classrooms.
  • Use patience, positivity, and clear communication to help learners engage with lessons and develop confidence.
  • Work with children who may have additional learning needs (SEN), making previous SEN experience highly desirable.
  • Assist teachers by helping with classroom routine, activities, and resources.
  • Competitive daily pay: £90–£110 depending on experience and demand.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
