The Role:
Lead the Maths Department :
Oversee the curriculum, teaching strategies, and assessments for Key Stages 3 & 4. Inspire and Support :
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of dedicated maths teachers, fostering a collaborative and innovative department. Drive Student Success :
Ensure high standards of teaching and learning, encouraging students to excel in mathematics. Curriculum Development :
Review and enhance the maths curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners and prepares them for success. Teaching Commitment :
Teach across a range of year groups, setting a high standard of excellence for your department. Head of Maths
What We're Looking For:
Experienced Maths Teacher :
You have a strong track record of teaching maths across Key Stages 3 & 4 , with excellent subject knowledge. Leadership Skills :
You have experience in a leadership or management role, or you are a talented teacher ready to step into a leadership position. Innovative and Collaborative :
You're able to inspire and engage both staff and students, promoting a love for learning and continuous improvement. Qualified Teacher :
