Overview
Are you passionate about supporting young people with challenging behavior? We're looking for a committed Behaviour Mentor to work with KS2 students at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Warrington.
Key Details- Location:
Warrington - Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM - Contract:
Long-term role - Term time only – school holidays off
- Make an impact: help Key-Stage 2 students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour overcome barriers to learning.
- Supportive environment: join a team dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive school experience.
- Professional growth: develop your skills in behaviour management and SEN education.
- Provide tailored support for students with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 or group basis.
- Foster a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement behaviour strategies and personalised plans.
- Experience supporting students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, or challenging behaviour.
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
