35 hours per week (term time only) plus 5 Professional Development Days - 8:30 to 4 pm (38 weeks + 5 INSET Days)
We are currently looking to recruit a Behaviour and Pastoral Mentor, to join our dedicated and caring team at Green Lane Community Special School. This position involves supporting pupils with behavioural and pastoral needs across the school. The role will involve direct work with pupils, staff and families to promote positive behaviour, regulation support, emotional wellbeing, engagement and attendance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate within a school that was judged to be 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in its last five consecutive Ofsted Inspections, and is committed to providing the highest quality provision for all of its pupils. The school is designated as a Specialist School for Cognition and Learning and is accredited by the National Autistic Society as an Advanced Accredited School.
