We are delighted to be advertising an exciting opportunity, both internally and externally, for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at Chapelford Village Primary School. This is a fixed term contract until August 2027, working 37 hours a week, term time only, plus inset days.

This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning and keen to make a real impact on pupils’ outcomes. It offers the opportunity to take an active role in leading learning across classes, supporting high-quality teaching, and contributing to the wider life of the school as part of a dedicated and supportive team.

The HLTA role provides excellent professional development and is a great opportunity to further develop skills in whole‑class teaching and curriculum delivery, while working closely with colleagues to support pupils to achieve their very best.
