KPi Education is currently working in partnership with a primary school in Warrington to recruit an enthusiastic Early Years or KS1 Teacher for a September 2026 start.
The RoleAs an Early Years or KS1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping children's first experiences of education, creating engaging learning opportunities that support both academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons that inspire young learners
- Supporting children's development across all areas of the curriculum
- Delivering high-quality phonics, early reading, writing, and mathematics provision
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitoring pupil progress and adapting learning to meet individual needs
The successful candidate will be passionate about helping children develop confidence, independence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.
Who We're Looking For- Qualified Teachers (QTS)
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
- Experienced EYFS and KS1 practitioners
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Framework and/or Key Stage 1 Curriculum
- Experience delivering high-quality phonics and early literacy provision
- A nurturing and child-centred approach to teaching
- High expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
