Reeson Education is working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in the WA4 area of Warrington to recruit a committed Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term position.

• Support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom learning
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and boost progress
• Assist with the delivery of lessons across core subjects such as English and Maths
• Help create a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Contribute to a calm and structured learning atmosphere

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary or school setting (desirable)
• A positive, proactive, and patient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Commitment to a full-time, long-term role in a mainstream school
