We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Primary School Teacher specializing in KS1 to support several wonderful primary schools across the Warrington area. Whether you want to gain experience in different schools or are looking to find your next permanent "work home," this supply role offers the perfect launchpad for the new academic year.
What You'll Be Doing
Inspiring Young Minds:
Delivering engaging, creative lessons tailored to Year 1 and Year 2 pupils, keeping them excited about learning.
Championing Phonics:
Utilizing your strong understanding of phonics (such as Read Write Inc. or similar systematic synthetic phonics programmes) to build confident early readers.
Creating a Positive Classroom:
Implementing clear, positive behavior management strategies to create a safe, focused, and happy learning environment.
Adapting on the Go:
Stepping into different school communities with confidence, quickly building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
What We Are Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): ECTs (Early Career Teachers) and experienced teachers are equally welcome to apply.
KS1 Expertise: A genuine love for teaching Key Stage 1 and a proven track record of nurturing early years development.
Phonics Pro:
Deep knowledge of phonics framework delivery.
Behavior Management
Skills:
A calm, consistent, and positive approach to classroom management.
Safety First:
You must hold an enhanced, child-workforce DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for a new one).Why Apply?
