Academics is seeking a compassionate PMLD Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding SEN school in Warrington. You will support children with PMLD to achieve their educational and developmental goals, working with experienced SEN staff to create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Your duties include one-to-one and small group support, helping develop IEPs, promoting inclusion, and collaborating with teachers and therapists to apply strategies for complex needs.
