Inspire, Support and Empower Learners Through Personalised 1:1 Tuition
Are you an experienced educator with a passion for supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you enjoy creating bespoke learning experiences that help students overcome barriers, grow in confidence and reach their full potential?
Prospero Teaching is looking for compassionate and committed SEND Tutors to provide high-quality 1:1 tuition to students across Warrington.
This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work closely with students who require additional support outside of a traditional classroom setting. You'll plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that are tailored to each learner's individual needs, helping them make progress academically while developing their confidence, independence and love of learning.
Tuition may take place in students' homes, schools, community settings or other agreed venues, depending on the needs of each learner.

What We're Looking For
The successful SEND Tutor will have:
* A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE or equivalent) or significant tutoring experience
* Experience working with children and young people with SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties or other additional needs
* Experience delivering effective 1:1 tuition or targeted small-group support
* The ability to differentiate lessons and adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships
* A patient, resilient and nurturing approach to supporting learners
To Be Eligible, You Must:
* Hold the Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
* Be able to provide two professional references relating to work with children or young people
