Willow Green is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) for young people aged 16-25 registered with the Charities Commission and is funded through both Education and Local Authority Adult Social Care bodies.

The core value of fostering a nurturing environment that supports young people, empowering them to reach their ambitious life goals is echoed throughout all that we do at Willow Green. Our mission is that, through evidence-informed, knowledge-rich curriculums, we deliver practical programs. We work together to create an environment that empowers, enabling all to participate fully in society as independent, mature, and responsible individuals.

The role will also include supporting young adults with personal care needs where required. In addition, the postholder will take responsibility for the effective running of the service area on designated days, jointly delivering, and assessing learners.

The Activity Lead will work closely with the Explore and Engage Tutor to support the planning, delivery, assessment and review of learning for learners with complex needs. This will include preparing appropriate learning and assessment materials, delivering high-quality sessions and contributing to individualised learning that is adapted and differentiated to meet each learners needs. The postholder will help to record, track, monitor and report on learner progress, identify valid and sufficient evidence against the Preparation for Adulthood framework.
