Willow Green CIO is recruiting for Job Coaches as part of the Supported Internship team. The role supports learners in the classroom and in work placements, providing practical and social support to help them succeed in workplace activities.
The Job Coach will train learners to access workplaces independently using public transport or defined walking routes, and will work with learners, teachers and employers to shape roles and deliver supported internships and work-based learning.
