Mid-day Supervisor

We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic Mid-day Supervisor to join a welcoming SEN school in Warrington.

This is a lovely opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive difference during the school day. You will play an important role in supporting pupils during lunchtime, helping to create a safe, calm and positive environment where every child feels supported and valued.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a warm, patient and nurturing approach to working with children.
Have an understanding of safeguarding and the importance of keeping children safe.
Have knowledge or understanding of autism and additional needs.
Have experience supporting children who may display challenging behaviour.
Be confident, calm and able to respond positively to a range of situations.
Be reliable, approachable and work well as part of a wider school team.

Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential. As a Mid-day Supervisor matters most is having the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to support children to have a happy and successful school day.
