Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and uphold engineering standards and procedures across all technical activities

· Collaborate with clients to understand and deliver on mechanical requirements

· Produce and review engineering calculations, drawings (2D/3D), and technical documentation

· Mentor and develop technical capabilities within the team

About You:

· HND/HNC or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)

· Chartership or working towards it

· Strong track record of delivering complex, regulated projects

· Confident team leader with a passion for high performance
Security Clearance:
Due to the nature of the work, all applicants must be British Nationals and eligible for BPSS clearance as a minimum.
