The Role:

As a Junior Electrical Estimator, you will support our estimating team in preparing accurate, competitive bids for a variety of electrical projects. You will gain exposure to all aspects of estimating, from initial take-offs to final proposals, and will have the opportunity to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Performing detailed take-offs from drawings and specifications.

* Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.

* Supporting senior estimators with project research and pricing.

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate costs.

* Ensuring all estimates meet company standards and deadlines.

* Maintaining up-to-date records of all estimating activities.

Requirements:

* Previous estimating experience preferred but not essential.

* Must come from an electrical background (experience on site or in projects).

* Strong numerical and analytical skills.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Excellent communication and team working abilities.

* Proactive and willing to learn with career progression in mind.
