Staff Software Engineer – Warrington (Mainly Remote with adhoc visits) – £75,000- £80,000

You’ll work across multiple areas of the platform, driving improvements, unblocking delivery, and ensuring momentum across the engineering function. The role is predominantly hands‑on (around 70–80%), with the remaining time focused on technical leadership, coaching engineers, shaping architecture, and influencing how systems are designed and delivered.
