What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of full lifecycle test projects, including:

• Working hands-on and producing technical reports.
• Looking at Design and analysing data.
• Liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to define project scope and ensure successful delivery
• Contributing to continuous improvement of test methods, equipment, and research capability

What you'll bring

You'll thrive here if you are technically curious, hands-on, and eager to learn. Essential qualities include:

• An HND or degree in Mechanical or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 2 years' post-graduation industrial experience
• Ability to follow detailed test procedures and deliver work to a high standard
• Confident communicator - both written and verbal - with the ability to present findings clearly
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute within a small, highly skilled team
