We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer – Power Sector to support the design, construction, and supervision of civil works for power generation, transmission, and distribution projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with power sector infrastructure and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, review, and approve civil and structural works for power plants, substations, transmission towers, and associated infrastructure
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation
  • Conduct site investigations, soil studies, and feasibility assessments
  • Supervise on‑site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards
  • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and project management teams
  • Manage contractors and consultants for civil construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor project schedules, costs, and material usage
  • Resolve technical and construction‑related issues during project execution
  • Prepare progress reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 3–10 years of relevant experience in the power or energy sector
  • Experience with substations, power plants, transmission lines, or renewable energy projects
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS, SAP
    2000, or similar
  • Strong understanding of structural, geotechnical, and construction engineering principles
  • Knowledge of HSE standards and construction best practices
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent coordination and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
