The Opportunity

If you're a civil engineer with experience in drainage or SuDS, there's never been a better time to bring those skills into the water industry. Stantec is hiring at all levels across our UK water offices—your role will tackle big infrastructure challenges, improve water quality, reduce flood risk, and build resilient systems that communities will rely on for decades. You are degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, ideally Chartered or working towards Chartered status. You have solid experience in drainage or SuDS design, and are comfortable taking projects from feasibility through to detailed design. You are accustomed to working across disciplines, can support or lead other engineers, and consistently deliver quality work on time and within budget.
