Overview

Project Coordinator – Multi‑Utilities | Warrington (Hybrid)

Are you organised, great with technical information, and looking to grow your career in the utilities sector? We’re supporting a specialist consultancy that works across gas, water, electricity and telecoms, helping clients plan, design and deliver essential utility infrastructure for industrial, commercial and retail developments.

They’re now looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team and support multiple live projects from feasibility through to delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting consultants with applications to gas, water, electricity and telecom network operators
  • Managing PoC requests, disconnections, diversions and new connection quotations
  • Producing clear, structured utility assessment reports
  • Requesting and organising utility asset records and composite drawings
  • Liaising with statutory operators, contractors and design teams
  • Maintaining project trackers, folders and documentation
  • Reporting progress and helping keep programmes on track
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word & Excel especially)
  • Highly organised and confident managing multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working with technical documents and drawings
  • Understanding of utilities (gas, water, electric, telecoms) — or willingness to learn
  • Experience in utilities, construction, engineering or infrastructure is a bonus
  • Clear communicator who can liaise with clients, operators and contractors
Why This Role Stands Out

This is more than admin — it’s technical coordination
. You’ll learn how utilities shape development, how network operators work, and how to interpret drawings, identify risks and support real‑world infrastructure delivery.

If you enjoy problem‑solving, structured work and being the person who keeps projects moving, this could be a great fit.
