The roleAs a Systems Engineer you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll join a growing and dynamic systems engineering team delivering critical work across a major nuclear programme.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll be required to:
- Deliver systems engineering activities including requirements engineering, system design and integration planning
- Support technical reviews and contribute to system development across the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure integrated solutions
- Manage requirements, assumptions, and risks to support successful project outcomes
- Work as part of a specialist systems engineering team within a larger programme environment
This full‑time role is based across our Bristol or Warrington sites, working a 37‑hour week, with hybrid working patterns available.
Essential Experience- Experience in requirements engineering, systems architecture, interface management, or integration, verification and validation
- Demonstrable experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Understanding of the full engineering or project lifecycle
- Experience supporting technical reviews and engineering governance processes
- Familiarity with requirements management tools or structured systems engineering approaches
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- Awareness of systems engineering standards such as those developed by the International Council on Systems Engineering is desirable
