• Guide EC&I engineering teams in delivering innovative solutions for complex projects.
• Creation and updating:
  The working ETAP model for the project.
• Production of fault calculations.
• Protection of reports and arc flash risk assessments.
• Power and protection specialism:
  Support to the wider design team. Contribute to the updating of Sellafield’s engineering standards and best practice.
• Plan & Prioritize:
  Shape project plans, prioritizing Health & Safety and Environmental standards.
• Design Reviews:
  Act as Lead Engineer, overseeing design reviews, technical discussions, and formal evaluations.
• Support & Collaborate:
  Provide expert advice, supporting both staff and clients through technical challenges.
• Mentor & Motivate:
  Mentor team members, set objectives, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Optimize:
  Ensure projects stay on budget and aligned with schedules, working closely with Project Managers.
• Client Liaison:
  Serve as the primary technical contact, coordinating with clients throughout each project.
