Job Title: Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer
Location: Warrington, GB WA3 6YD

ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day, you’ll be required to:
- Create Detailed EC&I Designs – Develop accurate and compliant electrical, control and instrument drawings.
- Collaborate with a team focused on safety‑critical and high‑integrity design solutions.
- Contribute to projects within the Engineering BU, helping deliver programmes across operations and decommissioning.
- Communicate with internal teams (e.g. engineers, project managers) and external stakeholders (e.g. clients, regulators, suppliers) to ensure design alignment.
- Produce designs that meet nuclear safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality procedures.
- Understanding of IEC‑61508 and IEC‑61511 standards.
- Familiarity with the nuclear functional safety lifecycle.
- SIL determination and verification.
- Experience working with the safety case team.
- HNC qualification or equivalent.
- BTEC Level 3 in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent with relevant experience.
