The Opportunity
I’m currently working with a highly regarded, design-led civil and structural engineering consultancy who are looking to appoint a Tekla Technician to join their growing Warrington office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technician who enjoys working across both reinforced concrete and structural steel projects, and wants to be involved in technically interesting schemes from concept through to delivery.

The Role
As a Tekla Technician, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of structural projects, working alongside engineers and other technicians to produce high-quality models and drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Producing accurate 3D models and detailed drawings using Tekla Structures
Delivering fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and connection details
Working across both reinforced concrete and steel structures
Liaising with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure design accuracy
Supporting coordination of projects and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and specifications
What They’re Looking For
Experience working as a Tekla Technician / Detailer within a consultancy or contractor environment
Strong understanding of steelwork detailing and/or RC detailing
Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience working within a BIM environment would be beneficial
