About the Role

United Infrastructure is seeking a Graduate to join the Utility Infrastructure – Major Projects team based at our project site in Chester. The graduate programme lasts two years, offering a tailored development pathway aligned to your discipline and the opportunity to work towards professional accreditation.

• Assist the team in providing essential support and advice to teams undertaking works on behalf of our clients and customers.
• Support the development, implementation and management of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) across all project phases, ensuring compliance with client, statutory and ISO standards.
• Contribute to day‑to‑day project tasks, including quality management, risk assessment and documentation.
• Attend virtual and in‑person events to develop business, leadership and technical skills.

• Minimum 2.2 honours Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Construction, or Project Management discipline.
• Quality Management or Process Improvement qualification is preferred.
• Good IT skills – proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Commitment to live and breathe the company values and to successfully complete the graduate programme.
• Availability to start full‑time work by September
  2026 at the latest.
