Over the two‑year programme, you’ll gain a unique insight into the nuclear industry. The programme begins with broad exposure across teams and customers and evolves into discipline‑focused work that aligns with your career ambitions. You will have opportunities to rotate through different teams and projects to grow your knowledge, skills and behaviours.
QualificationsWe’re looking for graduates who have (or are expecting) a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a closely related discipline and who are interested in developing a career in nuclear safety within highly regulated environments. If you’re curious about how safety is designed into complex systems, enjoy structured problem‑solving, and want to understand how risk is assessed, justified, and managed across the full lifecycle of nuclear facilities, this could be the ideal next step for you.
AdditionalInformation
To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident, as this is required for the type of work we do. You will also need to be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance. You should be willing to relocate or travel within the UK, and we will provide relocation support where needed.
