Responsibilities
- Be a key point of contact for clients regarding project tracking, updates, project changes and delivery time frames.
- Coordinate and manage client projects through the end-to-end project life cycle, ensuring delivery within agreed time frames.
- Serve as the primary liaison between multiple departments and clients, providing updates on project milestones and deliverables.
- Foster cross‑team collaboration, coordinating working team members so workflow remains on schedule.
- Manage multiple projects, track progress, problem‑solve and provide regular updates to clients and key stakeholders.
- Schedule regular update meetings to keep teams up to date with requirements and developments.
- Previous experience in a project coordinator role (highly desirable).
- Exposure in the construction, civil, structural or steel sector is a plus but not a necessity.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure.
- Hands‑on approach to offer ideas and solutions for issues.
- Methodical with thorough attention to detail.
- Creative thinker – ability to think outside the box to solve problems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with a flexible approach to work.
