Project Client Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Be a key point of contact for clients regarding project tracking, updates, project changes and delivery time frames.
• Coordinate and manage client projects through the end-to-end project life cycle, ensuring delivery within agreed time frames.
• Serve as the primary liaison between multiple departments and clients, providing updates on project milestones and deliverables.
• Foster cross‑team collaboration, coordinating working team members so workflow remains on schedule.
• Manage multiple projects, track progress, problem‑solve and provide regular updates to clients and key stakeholders.
• Schedule regular update meetings to keep teams up to date with requirements and developments.

• Previous experience in a project coordinator role (highly desirable).
• Exposure in the construction, civil, structural or steel sector is a plus but not a necessity.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure.
• Hands‑on approach to offer ideas and solutions for issues.
• Methodical with thorough attention to detail.
• Creative thinker – ability to think outside the box to solve problems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a flexible approach to work.
