BPSS clearance will be required at basic level. Prior clearance will not be transferrable.
Principal AccountabilitiesA senior Mechanical Engineer is required to develop tools to support early retrievals/operations of the MSSS SEP machines. The role will also include support to the principal engineer. This role requires an innovative individual with experience within this field.
Typical Deliverables- Production of NFR's
- Production of OIMS
- Understand the roles and specifications of CDM
- Experience producing design packages, suitable for manufacture and installation, containing drawings, method statements, risk assessments
- Familiarity and experience of working and complying with applicable 5t practices, standard and engineering guides
- HNC/HND/Scientific or Engineering Degree
- Highly desirable: experience working in decommissioning legacy facilities, materials and contaminated hazards
