SEMD Engineer

This role, based in Warrington, offers a hybrid working model and is essential for the security design within the water sector.

• Developing and implementing SEMD designs for security systems within the water sector
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project requirements
• Conducting risk assessments and applying mitigation measures
• Preparing detailed technical reports and documentation
• Providing technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Overseeing the installation and commissioning of security systems
• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

• Experience in SEMD design engineering, particularly within the water sector
• Significant knowledge of electrical engineering principles
• Strong security design experience
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with some days in the Warrington office
