Morson are supporting a pioneering advanced engineering organisation as they continue to expand their specialist Performance & Analysis capability, contributing to one of the UK's most exciting low-carbon energy programmes.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of reactor performance and fault studies, supporting the modelling, analysis, and safety substantiation of advanced nuclear technology within a highly regulated and safety-critical environment.

Working within the specialist Performance & Analysis function, you will lead the development and application of thermal-hydraulic models used to assess reactor plant performance under normal operation, transient conditions, and fault scenarios.

You will take technical ownership of complex analysis activities, leading small teams to deliver high-quality modelling and simulation outputs that support reactor design, safety system performance, and safety case development. The role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across design, safety, and testing to ensure robust and validated engineering solutions.
