** United Infrastructure Power is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Proposals Manager to lead the preparation and submission of winning bids for major power infrastructure projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering high-quality proposals for transmission, distribution, substations, renewable energy, and EPC projects, we'd love to hear from you.## About the Role As the Proposals Manager, you will oversee the complete tender and proposal process, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop competitive, compliant, and compelling submissions that support the company's growth strategy.##

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end proposal and tender process.
* Review tender documents and develop bid strategies.
* Coordinate engineering, commercial, estimating, procurement, legal, HSE, and project teams.
* Prepare, review, and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
* Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
* Manage proposal schedules, documentation, and version control.
* Identify commercial and technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Support client clarifications and post-submission activities.
* Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes and templates.## What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in proposal or bid management within the power, utilities, energy, infrastructure, or EPC sectors.
* Strong understanding of transmission, distribution, substations, or renewable energy projects.
* Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
* Strong organisational and project management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across departments.
