An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Principal Process Engineer to join a leading engineering organisation delivering critical projects across the nuclear sector. • Produce high-quality process engineering deliverables, including technical reports, calculations, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Ensure engineering outputs are delivered in line with project requirements for safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.
• Support and mentor engineers within the team, helping to develop technical capability and share best practice.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance engineering processes, tools, and project delivery.
• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, industry regulations, company procedures, and quality standards.

• Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering, ideally at BEng (Hons) or MEng (Hons) level.
• Significant process engineering experience gained within the nuclear sector or another highly regulated industry, typically 10 years or more.
• Chartered Engineer status through IChemE, or able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience and competence.
• Strong track record of producing and developing process engineering documentation while working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience supporting process engineering coordination activities, with previous involvement in decommissioning, Sellafield, or AWE projects being particularly advantageous.
