Principal Process Engineer

As a Principal Process Engineer, you will provide process engineering leadership across complex bids and early-stage project definition within our Business Winning team This is a full-time role based at one of our main sites:
Warrington (Cheshire), Preston (Lancashire), Leicester (Leicestershire), Newbury (Berkshire), or Bristol with travel to other Cavendish Nuclear and customer locations as required. Hybrid working arrangements are available. Day-to-day you'll be required to:

• Lead the process engineering elements of bids.
• Develop and deliver engineering scope, schedules and resource plans.
• Ensure technical integrity, compliance, and quality.
• Produce and review technical reports and verification plans.
• Promote engineering best practice and mentor others. Significant demonstrable experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
• Experience managing teams delivering technical activities.
• Ability to interface with multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and influencing skills., Engineering degree (or equivalent) with significant experience.

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
