Axis CLC Group is seeking an Estimator to join the Planned Works team in Warrington. You will price programmes across kitchens, bathrooms, externals, compliance upgrades and decarbonisation, preparing detailed take-offs and ensuring clean handover to delivery teams.
You will work with pre-construction to produce accurate bids, engage with suppliers, and maintain rate libraries while supporting value engineering and risk management.
