We are recruiting a Management Accountant to join our Finance team and support our award-winning hospitality brands, including our flagship concept, The Botanist. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional to join a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality business and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, meaningful insight and continuous process improvement.

Known for our unique environments, exceptional food and drink, and people-first culture, we continue to grow – and we're looking for a talented Management Accountant to help drive financial performance across our estate.

As Management Accountant, you'll take ownership of the monthly profit and loss reporting process for a portfolio of restaurants, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is delivered to key stakeholders across the business.

You'll lead the month-end close process, maintaining our current three-business-day reporting timeline while continually seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy. Working closely with General Managers and the Operations team, you'll provide insight into financial performance, support with resolving queries and help drive best practice across the estate.

You'll take full ownership of profit and loss processes, ensuring robust financial controls are maintained while identifying trends, risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making.

• Salary: £40,000 - 50,000.
• Hybrid working with at least 3days office based in Warrington Town Centre and the remainder ofdays on site or at home.

• Previous experience within a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
• Experience producing monthly management accounts and profit and loss reporting.
• Strong understanding of month-end processes and financial controls.
• Ability to analyse financial performance and provide meaningful commercial insight.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong Excel and financial systems experience.
