Finance Manager

Finance Manager Warrington Office Based Permanent £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits This is an opportunity to join a successful business where you'll play a key role within a supportive finance team, work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to develop and mentor the next generation of finance talent. Our client requires a highly experienced Qualified Accountant with experience of managing, who is wanting more exposure and long term opportunities.

Reporting directly to, you'll lead a team of 4 whilst taking ownership of management accounts, stock reporting, rebates, analysis and process improvements.

The role offers a fantastic mix of technical accounting, commercial exposure and people leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate Monthly Management Accounts and reporting
• Stock and inventory analysis
• Rebate accounting and reporting
• Margin and profitability analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Process improvements and reporting enhancements
• Team leadership, coaching and development
• Business Partner across all areas and build strong relationships
• Act as a key point of contact for financial queries and issue resolutions
• Communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

About You ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist with relevant experience) Strong management accounting background Advanced Excel skills Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment Enjoys developing and supporting junior team members Positive, proactive and hands-on approach Why Join?
