This is an opportunity to join a successful high-growth business where you'll play a key role within a supportive finance team, work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to develop and mentor the next generation of finance talent.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll lead a small team of 3 (2 Finance Graduates and a Finance Assistant) whilst taking ownership of management accounts, stock reporting, rebates, analysis and process improvements.

The role offers a fantastic mix of technical accounting, commercial exposure and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly management accounts and reporting Stock and inventory analysis Rebate accounting and reporting Margin and profitability analysis Balance sheet reconciliations Process improvements and reporting enhancements Team leadership, coaching and development Business partnering with Purchasing and Operations

About You

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist with relevant experience) Strong management accounting background Advanced Excel skills Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment Enjoys developing and supporting junior team members Positive, proactive and hands-on approach
