Your duties and responsibilities will be
Processing end-to-end payroll across multiple contracts and sites, ensuring timely and accurate payments in line with various pay agreements.
Handle new starter set-up, leaver processes, and complex payments such as redundancy, statutory, and occupational payments.
Liaising with third parties like HMRC and pension providers, producing detailed reports for different departments, and managing payroll queries professionally.
You will have the following qualifications & experience
Proven experience in payroll processing within a multi-site, multi-contract environment
Extensive knowledge of payroll legislation, pensions, and HMRC reporting
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Up-to-date understanding of statutory payments, benefits in kind, and payroll policies
Recognised payroll qualification (CIPP) would be desirable but not essential
