As Corporate Tax Director, you will lead the firm's corporate tax compliance function, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely and technically robust tax compliance services. In this senior role, you will:

• Oversee and review corporate tax returns for a wide range of owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger corporate groups.
• Provide technical guidance on corporate tax matters, ensuring high standards across the team.
• Manage workflow, resource planning and operational performance within the compliance team.
• Support clients through complex compliance issues, tax reviews and HMRC interactions.
• Work closely with partners to drive continuous improvement, enhance systems and support the wider tax strategy.
• Mentor, develop and lead tax team members, fostering a culture of quality and progression.

This is a leadership position with the scope to shape the compliance service line, influence process improvement, and contribute to long-term business planning.

• Extensive experience in UK corporate tax compliance, ideally within a professional services or accountancy firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrable experience managing complex portfolios and leading teams
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to provide clear, pragmatic advice.
• A commercial and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to improve processes and drive efficiency.
• CTA or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
