Acting as a key link between UK and international finance teams, you'll provide meaningful financial insight, support strategic decision-making and help drive business performance through planning, reporting and analysis. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a central role in forecasting, performance reporting, process improvement and cross-functional collaboration across the business.
Key Responsibilities Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and performance reporting activities. Deliver insightful analysis of actuals versus forecast, highlighting risks and opportunities. Coordinate planning cycles, including budgets, forecasts and longer-term business plans. Partner with UK and international finance teams to ensure alignment across reporting and planning processes. Build strong relationships with Finance Business Partners, FP&A teams and senior stakeholders. Support senior finance leadership with strategic analysis and decision support.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, planning and forecasting processes. Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements and cost optimisation. Contribute to transformation projects, commercial initiatives and wider business performance programmes. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for senior leadership when required. Key Skills ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualified experience. Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, finance business partnering or management reporting.
Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and planning activities within a complex organisation. Confident presenting financial information and influencing senior stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into commercial insight. Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience working within an international or matrix organisation would be advantageous. Knowledge of reporting and planning tools such as Hyperion is beneficial but not essential.
