THE ROLE

The Financial Reporting Analyst plays a key role within the finance function, taking primary responsibility for the preparation, analysis, and delivery of accurate financial information to support both operational and group reporting requirements.

The role ensures that financial reporting is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines, whilst maintaining robust financial controls and compliance with UK accounting standards. Working closely with both finance and operational teams, the Financial Reporting Analyst will support business decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting, whilst ensuring all reporting requirements for the business.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
• Produce management accounts and reporting packs to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Support Morson Group reporting requirements, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely, and aligned with group deadlines.
