Cheshire (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home) Salary: £60,000 - £70,000  Car Allowance  Excellent Benefits Contract Length: 8 months Commercial Finance Business Partner An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified finance professional to join a large, market-leading organisation operating within a fast-paced and commercially focused environment. Reporting into a high-performing finance team, you will play a pivotal role in providing commercial insight, financial analysis and strategic support to senior stakeholders across the business.

This is a highly visible position, offering exposure to key projects, investment decisions and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Provide commercial insight and analytical support for business projects, process improvements and investment appraisals. Support investment opportunities through financial modelling, analysis and post-investment reviews. Partner with operational and senior management teams, challenging and supporting business performance. Identify performance trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement, recommending corrective actions where required. Develop, enhance and utilise management information and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.

Support the rollout and adoption of self-service reporting capabilities across the business. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans. Monitor market and industry trends, assessing the impact on revenue, margin and costs. Deliver meaningful financial analysis and commercial insight to support business growth and profitability. Produce ad hoc management reports and financial information for key stakeholders.

Contribute to business transformation, continuous improvement and strategic projects. About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A environment. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing decision-making through data and analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.

Ability to work in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment. Experience supporting projects, change programmes or transformation initiatives would be advantageous.
