Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Camino Search is partnering with a PE-backed SaaS business to appoint an FP&A Director.

The business has a growing recurring revenue base and a clear value creation plan. This role sits at the centre of how it plans, tracks performance and allocates capital.

• Run the yearly budgeting and forecasting cycle and the multi-year plan, and strengthen the models behind them
• Improve visibility of revenue and recurring revenue performance, working closely with the commercial teams
• Support commercial decisions with analysis on margins, pricing and return on investment
• Track headcount and operating costs, and how they affect profit and cash
• Produce clear monthly reporting for the leadership team, the Board and investors
• Lead and develop the FP&A team

• An established FP&A leader, ideally with SaaS and private equity experience
• Experience of shaping and improving planning and forecasting in a growing business
• Commercially minded, and comfortable working with sales and operational leaders
• Qualified accountant
• Hands‑on, with the credibility to present to senior stakeholders and investors
