Location:
Warrington Salary: £13.60 £ 14.20 per hour (£27,580 £ 28,797 per annum) Sleep-in Allowance: £3,000 £ 6,000 per year
Hours:
39 hours per week full-time long day shifts plus sleep-ins
Contract:
Full-time, temporary contract with the opportunity to become permanent About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced, resilient, and nurturing Senior Childrens Support Worker to join one of their family-style residential homes in Warrington. You will be supporting children and young people with severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, including some individuals who are non-verbal. This is a key role within the home.
You will provide encouragement and praise, remain calm and patient during times of crisis, and use your experience and passion to inspire colleagues and help achieve the best possible outcomes for the young people in your care. Personal care is a required part of this position.
